Who picks up the materials?
This is entirely up to you. Typically, when customers have a particular style in mind regarding appliances, they pick it out themselves to eliminate any back-and-forth to stores. Otherwise, for standard common repairs or remodels we tend to pick up and bring the materials with us.
How do you charge?
We charge by the job, not by the hour, since most customers want to know exactly what a project will cost before we begin. We will come to your home and provide you with a no-obligation estimate. If you agree to the estimate,e then we can schedule and begin the project around your schedule.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We purchase our insurance through “Next Insurance,” which specializes in contractor liability insurance contracts.

WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF THE PERMITS?
Not every job requires permits or inspections, but if the remodeling project changes the structure of your home, then an inspection and permit may be required.
